How long will shipping take?
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be shipped. Once shipped from Sydney, domestic orders will take 2-5 business days to be delivered depending on the delivery address. Please allow for extra days during peak periods. An estimated timeframe for international orders will be shown at check out.
Where do you ship internationally?
At the moment we ship to Japan, Singapore, South Korea, but we're working to expand our shipping destinations as the brand grows. Shipping rates will be calculated at check out. All import duties & taxes are payable by the recipient.
My order was returned to sender, what happens next?
If the order is returned to us due to an incorrect address supplied or failure to collect the order from the post office, $10 will be charged for redelivery to a domestic address, or the shipping rate calculated at check out if it is an international order.
What if I want to return or exchange an item?
We currently only accept returns and provide a full refund for damaged items. If you would like to return a damaged item, please contact hello@happydayscollective.com.au with your order and tracking number within 5 days of receipt.
